How do I sign in? There is no password.
We use Magic Links. Enter your email and we send you a secure sign-in link. Click it and you are in. No password to remember.
What are AI Credits?
AI Credits control AI usage. Generating an image costs 2 credits, and removing the background from an image costs 2 credits. Credits renew monthly based on your plan.
How many credits does each plan include?
Free includes 4 credits per month plus up to 2 exports or prints to try the workflow. Pro includes 150 credits per month. Ultra includes 400 credits per month. Unused credits do not roll over.
Can I add extra credits from the app?
Yes. Pro and Ultra plans can recharge extra credits directly from Settings > Plan & Usage when they need more room during the month.
Can I use PinMaker AI to sell my designs?
Free is for personal use only. Commercial use requires Pro or Ultra, which include a commercial license.
How do I export for a cutting machine (Silhouette / Cricut)?
SVG vector export is available on Ultra. Go to Print and then Export SVG (Plotter). The file works with Silhouette Studio, Cricut Design Space, and Illustrator.
Why do my pins print larger or off-center?
That can happen with some printers. Open Settings, go to Print Calibration, and adjust scale and offset. You can also use the test sheet to find the exact correction.
Do my projects save to the cloud?
Yes. Pro and Ultra users get native cloud storage. Pro includes 50 MB (~50 typical projects) and Ultra includes 100 MB (~100 typical projects) of storage. The exact count depends on how large each file is. Free users do not have this feature.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from the Stripe portal at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Is there a mobile app?
PinMaker AI is a web app that works in any modern browser, including mobile. A native app is on the roadmap.
